Can I subscribe on the website and meditate on the app (and vice versa)?
Of course! Your subscription is linked to your email address, not your device. Therefore, you can subscribe on the website and meditate on your phone, tablet, and computer.
What content do I have access to with a subscription?
You have access to everything in the Petit BamBou catalog (programs, quick sessions), all the soundscapes, and a new meditation every morning for the duration of your subscription.
Is the subscription renewed automatically?
All our subscriptions (except student offers and gift cards) are automatically renewed on their anniversary date. However, you can cancel the automatic renewal at any time by directly canceling your subscription in your account or by contacting our customer service team.
Once your subscription is canceled, you will still have access to our catalog until the next billing date. You can still practice with the free programs in the catalog, including quick sessions, free meditation, and breathing exercises, as well as access a selection of sounds.
You can also purchase gift cards, which are not subject to automatic renewal.
What do I have access to after my subscription ends?
You will regain access to the free version of Petit BamBou, i.e., the programs in the "Free access" section of the catalog, quick sessions, free sessions, and a selection of our ambient sounds. The sessions played during your subscription will no longer be accessible. However, we will keep your history. If you decide to subscribe again in the future, you will be able to find all your progress and resume your sessions where you left off.
Can I try Petit BamBou for free before I commit to a subscription?
We offer a free version, available for an unlimited period without ads, to allow you to explore the practice and decide if it's something you'd like to pursue.
This version includes:
- 2 meditation programs (“Discovery”, “Discover for kids”)
- 3 “Breathing” discovery sessions
- All our tools: free meditation, free breathing, "calming down" and "soothing breath" sessions
