Claire Mizzi is a psychologist and psychotherapist. She began meditating in her youth and has undergone training in both MBSR and MBCT, and in other approaches integrating meditation into psychotherapy. She leads regular meditation groups and days at her Paris practice. She teaches meditation to healthcare professionals in hospital and university contexts and together with Céline Tran is the author of “You’re your own best friend”.
