After obtaining a university diploma in tabacology, Laurence trained in mindfulness meditation applied to various programs such as MBSR (stress management), MBRP (addiction relapse prevention), MBCT (depression relapse prevention) and MBCR (cancer support). She helped create the university field in mindfulness for caregivers at the Toulouse Faculty of Medicine. For the past 6 years, she has been practicing mindfulness on a daily basis, accompanying groups of patients in clinics, and organizing courses for individuals and companies.
