Yves-Vincent is a specialist in breathing techniques. As a teenager, he discovered the importance and effects of breathing while learning the saxophone. He then began, for several years, a research on the different breathing techniques, present and applied, most of the time for thousands of years, in several countries of the world. This study led to a synthesis - the Method ( R ) - of multiple ancestral and modern breathing practices. By associating breathing and the autonomic nervous system, he accompanies people in the prevention of cardiovascular risks, but also in the treatment of hypertension / hypotension and vagal tonicity in general. Yves-Vincent has created his own breathing school to raise awareness, especially among young people, of the impact of breathing on our deep metabolism and our immunity.
