Meditating is ultimately training your attention to bring your mind back to a state of calm and clarity, on demand. This enables you to develop your capacities for listening, kindness and well-being in the present moment. This program completes the Basics series by exploring more subtle feelings and addressing some of the obstacles you may frequently face. And don’t forget: deepening the core techniques of meditation involves the repetition, again and again, of a common framework, which invites exploration of the breath, sensations, thoughts and emotions. There is no obligation to do all the sessions one after the other! You can do the sessions alternately with those from another program, but it is your perseverance and the confrontation with repetition that may open new doors.
