Meditation improves concentration and focus, making it particularly relevant to students. This practice also makes it possible to overcome (by identifying, then welcoming) particularly difficult mental states and to cope with the everyday stresses of being an adolescent or young adult (relationships, exams, sleep problems, family problems etc.). This new program on anxiety during revision or examination periods is a series of invitations to take a break to meditate.
